Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Cooling-off Period: the period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
Consumer: any natural person who is not acting for purposes related to trade, business, craft, or profession, and who enters into a distance contract with the seller.
Day: a calendar day.
Long-term Contract: a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, the delivery and/or purchase obligations of which are spread over time.
Durable Medium: any tool or device that enables the consumer or seller to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction of the stored information.
Right of Withdrawal: the consumer’s option to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
Seller: the natural or legal person offering products and/or services to consumers at a distance.
Distance Contract: a contract concluded between the seller and the consumer within the framework of an organized system for distance selling, whereby exclusive use is made of one or more means of distance communication up to and including the moment of concluding the contract.
Means of Distance Communication: any method that can be used for concluding a contract without the consumer and seller being physically present in the same place.
Terms and Conditions: these Terms and Conditions of the seller.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by the seller and to every distance contract and order concluded between the seller and the consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the consumer will be provided with these Terms and Conditions. If this is not reasonably possible, the seller will indicate where the Terms and Conditions can be reviewed electronically and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
If the contract is concluded electronically, these Terms and Conditions may be provided electronically in such a way that the consumer can easily store them on a durable medium.
If specific product or service conditions apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions, the consumer may always rely on the provision that is most favorable to them in the event of conflicting terms.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a provision that reflects the original intent as closely as possible.
Situations not covered by these Terms and Conditions shall be assessed in the spirit of these Terms and Conditions.
Ambiguities regarding the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in the spirit of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer has a limited validity or is subject to certain conditions, this will be clearly stated.
All offers are non-binding and may be adjusted or withdrawn at any time.
The offer will include a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. Images used by the seller aim to represent the products truthfully, but variations in color or detail may occur.
Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding.
Each offer contains information that makes it clear to the consumer what rights and obligations are associated with accepting the offer, including:
The total price including taxes
Shipping costs (if applicable)
The method of concluding the contract
The right of withdrawal (if applicable)
Payment, delivery, and performance details
The period for accepting the offer
Whether the contract will be stored after conclusion
Technical steps for concluding the contract
Available languages for the contract
Any sizes, colors, or material specifications (optional)
Article 5 – The Contract
The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set forth.
If the consumer accepts the offer electronically, the seller will confirm receipt of acceptance electronically. As long as this receipt is not confirmed, the consumer may cancel the contract.
The seller will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure electronic data transfer and ensure a safe online environment.
The seller may verify whether the consumer can meet their payment obligations. If the seller has valid reasons not to enter the contract, an order may be refused or subject to additional conditions.
The seller will provide the following information with the product or service:
a. Contact details for customer support
b. Information regarding the right of withdrawal, if applicable
c. Warranty and after-sales service information
d. Details required by Article 4
e. Termination conditions for long-term contracts
Every contract is subject to product availability.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may cancel their purchase within 30 days without giving any reason. This period begins the day after the consumer or a designated third party receives the product.
During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging carefully. Products should only be used to the extent necessary to determine whether the consumer wishes to keep the item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the seller within 14 days after receiving the product, via written communication or email. Once the consumer notifies the seller, the product must be returned within 14 additional days.
If the consumer does not communicate withdrawal within the stated deadlines, the purchase becomes final.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Any amounts paid by the consumer will be refunded as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the seller receives the returned goods or receives proof of shipment.
Article 8 – Exclusion of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products:
a. Made to the consumer’s specifications
b. Clearly personalized
c. That cannot be returned due to their nature
d. That may deteriorate or expire quickly
e. Subject to price fluctuations beyond the seller’s control
f. Newspapers or magazines
g. Audio/video recordings or software with broken seals
h. Hygiene-sensitive products if opened (including cosmetics)**
Opened cosmetic or beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Article 9 – Pricing
Prices will not be increased during the validity period of an offer, except for tax or regulatory changes.
Products subject to financial market fluctuations may have variable prices.
Prices include applicable taxes.
Errors in pricing are not binding; the seller is not required to deliver the product at an incorrect price.
Article 10 – Conformity & Warranty
The seller guarantees that products comply with the contract, specifications stated in the offer, and general expectations of quality and usability.
Any defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Warranty does not apply if:
The consumer has modified or repaired the product
The product was misused or improperly handled
Damage occurred due to non-compliance with instructions
Article 11 – Delivery & Execution
The seller will take the utmost care when handling and delivering orders.
The delivery address is the address provided by the consumer.
Orders will be shipped within 60 days, unless agreed otherwise. If a delay occurs, the consumer will be notified and may cancel the order.
If a product is unavailable, the seller may offer a replacement item. Consumers retain the right of withdrawal.
Risk of damage or loss transfers to the consumer once delivery is completed.
Damaged deliveries must be reported within 48 hours with photos.
Article 12 – Long-term Contracts: Duration, Termination & Renewal
Consumers may terminate open-ended contracts at any time with one month’s notice.
Fixed-term contracts cannot be automatically renewed unless permitted by law and clearly communicated.
Trial subscriptions end automatically after the trial period.
Article 13 – Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payments must be completed within 7 business days after the cooling-off period begins.
The consumer must notify the seller of any incorrect payment information.
In case of non-payment, reasonable recovery costs may be charged.
Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be reported within 7 days after defects are discovered.
The seller will respond within 14 days. If a complaint requires more time, the seller will provide a timeline for resolution.
Submitting a complaint does not suspend obligations.
If a complaint is justified, the seller may repair or replace the product free of charge.
Article 15 – Liability
The seller is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the product, allergic reactions, or misuse contrary to instructions.
Article 16 – Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country where the seller operates. Disputes will be resolved by the competent court in that jurisdiction.
